Alison Sizer
Founder and Managing Director
Alison has an insatiable curiosity, that's been her catalyst to gaining diverse work, global and cultural experiences, leading her to gravitate towards innovation and entrepreneurs.
Alison brings 20+ years of experience across strategy, marketing, product development and analysis with global brands, such as Apple and Nike. She's worked on and influenced some of the most beloved consumer products, programs and marketing and brings experience across 15+ global markets in EMEAI, APAC and LATAM.
Alison has fueled growth for startups to Fortune 100 businesses. She is a mentor for 500 Global and OneValley. Alison is also a Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange grant awardee from the U.S. Department of State for her project to connect the U.S. and South African innovation ecosystems. Social impact is near and dear to her heart and she's consulted with various non-profit organizations over the years, most recently working with Emergency Design Collective during COVID-19, providing market insights and strategies for mental health solutions.
Alison graduated with cum laude honors from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Management and holds a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Alison completed a course in venture capital with GoingVC.
